I believe strongly in alternative treatments and products for health and well-being. I set up this blog to educate people about alternative treatments and products, allow people to discuss their feelings and experiences with alternative treatments and products, inform people about the products that are available and how/what to use.
I have had many positive experiences using essential oils, aromatherapy, and chiropractic care to treat my emotional and physical being. From the occasional headache or paper cut all the way to asthma and childbirth.
I would love to talk to people who have similar beliefs and interests. I would also like to be educated about all the different products and techniques available.
